    By booking with Sky High Aerial, you confirm your understanding that participation in aerial acrobatics and circus skills activities involves motion, rotation and height in a unique environment and as such it carries the high risk of accidents and severe injuries like sprained muscles, broken bones, bumps, bruises, burns, falls from heights and associated collision injuries.

    Participants/students are voluntarily taking part in this activity with knowledge of the risks involved, and agree to accept any and all inherent risks of personal injury.

    Sky High Aerial, its affiliates, personnel and volunteers are released from any liability for accidents and injuries suffered by participants/students while taking part in our circus/aerial acrobatics workshops and classes, provided that nothing in this agreement excludes or limits Sky High Aerial’s liability in relation to injury caused by their or their instructor’s negligence.

    Sky High Aerial's instructors are experienced aerialist/acrobats and will always prioritise the safety of the students and take all the necessary actions to minimise the risks.

Cancellation Policy​
​
    Sky High Aerial reserves the right to cancel any class at short notice, and full refund will be given; or students/participants may reschedule the class

​
​Class Bookings:
​
 We do not offer refunds for class passes under any circumstances. You can reschedule your session 48hrs prior.
 Should you need to rearrange your class bookings we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all our classes.

​
​Workshops and holiday camps:
​
All our workshops are fully refundable up to 3 weeks before the workshop date.Â
50% refund will be given if a cancellation is requested up to 2 weeks before the date of the workshop.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances after that period.
​
Private Sessions:
​
50% refund will be given at any time, up to the date of the session.
​
Parties:
​
To secure your booking, a £50 non-refundable deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Parties must be paid in full 7 days before the scheduled event, an invoice will be sent 14 days before.Â
No refund will be given if a cancellation is requested 7 days before the scheduled event.Â
50% refund will be given if a cancellation is requested between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled event.Â
A full refund will be given if a cancellation is requested before 14 days of the scheduled event, minus the deposit.Â

Gift Cards:Â

​We do not offer refund for gift cards under any circumstances.
The value of any Gift Card may be used against any Sky High Aerial product or service.
The nominal values indicated at the time of purchase are indicative of what services are available at the time of purchase and is not a measure of what services will be rendered ongoing.Â

Your account
​
Some portions of the website may invite or require you to create an account and associated log-in credentials, and you may not be able to access certain content or features, functionalities, or services of the website or member app (iOS or Android), without creating and logging into such an account.
You agree to provide true, accurate and current information when creating an account, and you are responsible for updating your account information as needed to ensure it remains current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in credentials, and you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible and liable for all usage and activities that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
You agree to notify Sky High Aerial immediately if you know of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security related to your account.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, Sky High Aerial reserves the right to deny the creation of, suspend access to or terminate any account(s), or to remove or modify content, features, functionalities and/or services available to account holders, at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability to you.
